Winter Solstice Day Retreat

Winter Solstice - Winter is meant to be a time for deep rest, think hibenation. 

It’s meant to be a time to nurture your soul and calm your nervous-system; after a long year of lifes challenges.

The reality is, most of us aren't able to 'hibernate' over winter. The ability to truly rest is a privilege, as we have busy lives, commitments and a never ending to do list.

The Winter Solstice Day retreat is an opportunity to take a small window of time for yourself, to pause and to reflect on the year passed. To relax and rewild the soul in preparation for the year ahead.

We will come together for a day of rejuvenating activities and you will leave feeling ready to take on the climax of the festive season and also the year that lies ahead, reenergised, refocused and relaxed.

For this reatreat we will be at the beautifil Field Head Farm in Staffordshire. A gorgeously serene location where you will be able to immerse yourself in nature, swim the invigorating lake, nourish your body with delicious food and take part in activities that will calm your nervous system and bring your soul alive.

We will end the day with a sunset Firewalk.
